LPP to invest PLN 400 million in a new distribution centre


Polish company LPP S.A. is to built a new, state-of -art distribution centre for European supplies in Brzeska Strefa Gospodarcza (BSG) located in the vicinity of Brześć Kujawski, near Włocławek in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region. The new centre will serve the stationary stores of the flagship brand, Reserved.

Description of investment:  

The Investor, LPP S.A. is the owner of such clothing brands as: RESERVED, MOHITO,House, Cropp i SiNSAY.

Basic data:  

  • investment value: nearly 100 mln EUR    
  •  new workplaces created for: 1000 employees (warehouse staff, technicians, logistics specialists, engineers and managers)
  • area under the roof:  100 000 m2, total usable area 150 000 m2    
  • 10 million clothes items and accessories will be sent weekly  

 

Brześć Kujawski commune leaders have greatly contributed in the process of investment location, providing all the necessary info and support to the investor during the investment preparations, including purchase of land from private and state owners, issuing of decisions and permissions.

  • area already occupied: 106, 914 ha + 29,38 ha (4 entities with preliminary agreements).
  • the numer of active investors: 24 + 4 (preliminary agreements)

  • 2 sides access to BSG as it is located between two A1 motorway junctions:  
  • via Włocławek Zachód (Pikutkowo), trunk road DK 62 and BSG service road (width 6 m), distance ca. 3 km      
  • via Włocławek Północ (Brzezie), through regional roads DW 252 and 268, distance 7 km   
  • along the trunk road DK 62  
  • from regional road DW 268 – 0,23 km
